Good to know before visiting……

ADMISSION ~ Everyone that wishes to visit Pumpkin Valley Farm must purchase a wristband from Admissions. No wristband, No admission, No exceptions.

WEATHER ~ Sometimes it rains and that makes us sad. We try to stay open when possible. It’s not an exact science so sometimes we have to use our best judgement and close early/open late or close entirely due to rain…… We do not issue refunds if it starts to rain. You will be notified when you arrive that some attractions may close when wet and in some cases we reserve the right to issue rain checks to return another day that season.  Please check back here, our Facebook page or call 207.929.4088 before making your trip to the maze. 

FOOD ~ We have some yummy food available such as our own kettle corn, cotton candy, cider, hot dogs, and water. But please remember some of our concessions are CASH ONLY!! Our RUSTY BUCKET concession trailer selling Brick Oven Pizza and cold beer & wine does accept credit/debit cards. Outside food is allowed at the farm.

SAFETY ~ We require children under the age of 15 to have an adult on the farm. DROP OFFS are not permitted! The maze is BIG, there are lots of places for kids to get lost. An adult is required to be with anyone under the age of 12 – NO EXCEPTIONS.  

3 NO’s that speak for themselves ~ NO DOGS, NO ALCOHOL, NO SMOKING

Strollers/Wheelchairs ~ We have lots of attractions that are handicap accessible …even our HAYRIDE …..however keep in mind the maze paths are dirt and may be difficult to push anything with wheels. Wagons seem to work best for children. 

THE MAZE ~ How long does it take to get through the maze? Well. That depends how many wrong turns you take, heehee!  It typically takes 45-60 minutes. Every year our design is different, some easier and some more challenging. How do I find my way through the maze? We have PASSPORTS in many different topics that all have 10 questions. You find the posts in the maze numbered 1 through 10 and answer the question on your passport. It will give you a clue of which way to turn at that post…everything in between the posts is all on you! 

BIRTHDAYS ~ While we do not schedule birthday parties anymore, you are welcome to still bring your birthday boy or girl to the maze! No reservations are necessary. Use a picnic table and bring a cake and your party goodies. Just pay admission at the ticket window for everyone your group when you arrive and then HAVE FUN! 

PAYMENT OPTIONS ~ We accept cash and credit cards (no personal checks) for Admission, Rusty Bucket, & Pumpkin Sales…..Concessions at Cow Lick Cafe are CASH ONLY ~ PLEASE note we are in a field at the end of a dead end road, sometimes our service can be unpredictable.
