Our Story

At Zach’s Farm, we have had a great relationship with the University of Maine co-op “plant a row for the hungry” for over a decade and last year was our best yet, we donated over 8600 pounds of fresh produce to the seacoast food pantries!! We started this year’s work on Saturday after the York and Portsmouth farmers market with 30 pounds of lettuce, kale, and basil! We are on our way to 10,000 pounds. The best yet. Get fresh, get local, get Zach’s!!

It is Zach’s Farm’s long standing relationship with the local communities that have made it possible for us to sell only and directly to the Seacoast Community. We do not wholesale our produce. We rely on the amazing support of you, the seacoast families. We now participate in 4 seacoast markets each week: Dover (Sundays 10:00-2:00pm), York (Saturdays 9:00-1:00), Portsmouth (Saturdays 8:00-1:00), and Kittery (Sundays 10:00-2:00). We are also open seven days a week from 10:00-6:00 (mid-July-Columbus Day) at our stand in York. And, of course, we have the corn maze and pumpkin rides every fall. Community-supported for over 50 years!!
